Deparrtment Commander Visits Chapter 78

          Congratulations to 2017 Scholarship recipients Zachery Esponda, Luis Mendoza, Hannah Rouley, and Shawn Nichols.  Three of the four scholarship winners attended the Chapter meeting in March to meet members and have their photos taken.  The Fulwider Scholarship recipient, University of California student Hannah Rouley, was unable to attend.

          The Chapter’s new merit-based Community Scholarships were awarded to Zachery Esponda a student at Casa Grande High School in Petaluma, and Luis Mendoza a student at Roseland University Prep in Santa Rosa.  Both recipients have exemplary qualifications and wrote excellent essays.

          The Gauthier Family Scholarship was awarded to Chapter 78 member Shawn Nichols, a combat-wounded veteran.

          We congratulate them all and wish them a bright and successful future.
