Deparrtment Commander Visits Chapter 78

       Last month Department Commander Josaphine Keller visited Northern California. She was accompanied by Region VI Commander Charles Anderson and despite the cold and wet weather they were warmly welcomed by the Patriots of Sonoma County.   They attended Chapter 78’s February meeting on Valentines Day and swore in newly elected Chapter Officers. While here Keller and Anderson, accompanied by PDC Charles Earthman, a member of Chapter 78, visited PDC John Logan who has been hospitalizes for several months.
